Sandy Hill Apartments - Sandringham

A design and construct project including all plumbing and bathroom ware for 192 apartments over nine levels and two basements, also a high efficiency common hot water system with continuous flow, and a large scale stormwater detention system.

Olympic Park Community Centre - Melbourne

This major community facility is linked to the Westpac Centre in the heart of the Olympic Park Precinct in Melbourne. The project provides a range of facilities including a new function centre, dining rooms, board room and executive suites, café and wine bar and a health, wellness and fitness centre.

Thiele Street - Doncaster

Fifty apartments over five levels with two basement levels. Works included civil drainage fire service and general plumbing.

Curlew Court - Doncaster

Thirty apartments over three levels with two basement levels. Works included civil drainage fire service and general plumbing.

Blue Cross Aged Care - Vermont South

Construction of a 100 bed nursing home over three levels with one basement level. Works included civil drainage fire service and general plumbing.

Evora Apartments - Balwyn

Seventy high quality apartments and townhouses.

Aqueous Apartments - Port Melbourne

Forty apartments over five levels with one basement level. Works included civil drainage fire service and general plumbing.

RSPCA - Burwood

A complete design and construct plumbing package for the redevelopment of the existing site, including offices and animal welfare areas. The project scope included a large Grey water system, a rainwater reuse system via water beds, and scrupulous attention to drain construction and waste water disposal systems.

Canterbury Apartments - Canterbury

A high quality project consisting of 70 luxury apartments and townhouses.

Assisi Aged Care - Rosanna

A combination of all-new construction and refurbishment works for a 120-bed nursing home, comprising a Stage 1 new build of 40 beds and refurbishment of existing plumbing and drainage systems.

Allison Apartments - Essendon

Ninety apartments over six levels, and two basements.

Rosebank Apartments - Clayton

A design and construct package for 190 low rise apartments, including a large-scale stormwater Gross Pollutant system to council specifications.

110 Greville Street - Prahran

A complete plumbing package for 55 apartments over five levels and two basements.

117 Camberwell Road - Hawthorn

State-of-the-art plumbing package for a mixed use office and apartment building over five levels consisting of 45 apartments and five levels of office space, this design and construct package featured rainwater reuse, high efficiency tap ware, waterless urinals and a suspended stormwater detention system.

Soul Apartments - Malvern

Ninety apartments over six levels with two basement levels. Works included civil drainage fire service and general plumbing.

38 Camberwell Road - Camberwell

A design and construct plumbing solution for 55 apartments over five levels and two basements.

Male Street - Brighton

Four level building including a two-level basement with 41 offices and 25 serviced apartments. Works included civil drainage fire service and general plumbing.

Croydon Golf Club - Croydon

New clubhouse including commercial kitchen, amenities area, change rooms and bar. Works included civil drainage and fire service.

Zinc Apartments - Port Melbourne

A large scale groundwater pumping package was designed and installed for this 82 apartment development, which has eight levels above ground and three basement levels. The plumbing installation also features rainwater reuse.

Yarra Community Housing - Broadmeadows

Sustainable plumbing and hydraulic systems for 80 apartments over five levels, featuring grey water reuse, solar hot water plant and rainwater reuse.
